2. Accepting these terms and who can use the site

By using CareerNovara, registering for mentorship sessions, bootcamps or webinars, or buying digital reports and downloads, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using the site with a parent or guardian) and that the information you give in forms and checkouts is correct.

3. Digital products and delivery

CareerNovara provides mentorship, online career tools, AI upskilling bootcamps and digital products such as reports, downloads and roadmaps. Digital products are delivered electronically, on screen or by email, within 15 minutes of payment authorisation. The personal AI analysis is written within a few minutes of payment, shown on your report page and saved in your Library. A GST invoice for each paid order is emailed within 2 working days.

4. Prices, GST and invoices

All prices on CareerNovara are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). A GST-compliant invoice is sent to the email address you gave at checkout after payment is confirmed.

5. Guidance disclaimer

By joining mentorship programmes or using the AI tools on CareerNovara, you understand and agree that:

• AI guidance: Automated tools process your answers using AI. They are meant to give useful structure, but the suggestions are only for your own learning and self-evaluation.
• No guarantee of jobs or salary: Mentorship and career tools help you build practical workplace skills and plan better. CareerNovara does not guarantee any job offer, interview call, selection or salary.
• For education only: Content, toolkits and mentorship advice are for professional learning. They are not legal, financial or compliance advice.

6. Our content and how you may use it

All content on CareerNovara, including the website design, logos, training material, scoring methods, articles and downloadable files, belongs to Raj Digital Solutions.

You agree not to copy in bulk, reverse engineer, change, resell or share CareerNovara material or digital products for commercial use without our written permission.

7. Limit of liability

CareerNovara and Raj Digital Solutions offer mentoring and learning tools in good faith, based on experience. To the extent allowed by law, Raj Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from relying on site content or report guidance.

8. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute about our services will be decided by the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
