I worked for 22 years in aerospace, data and IT, in teams at L&T, Eaton and Danfoss. Now I help people at every stage of their career use the same practical thinking, and AI, to grow faster.

What the name means

Career is your journey at work. Novara means a new chapter. Together, CareerNovara is a place to build your next chapter. I started it to close the gap between learning something and actually moving ahead at work.

What I want to do

Give people a practical way to grow: 1:1 mentoring, simple learning, useful tools and AI skills you can use on Monday morning. No big courses that you never finish.

My work so far

  1. 2026 to now

    Founder and mentor, CareerNovara

    I mentor people one on one, run workshops on using AI at work, and stay personally responsible for every programme.

  2. 2022 to 2025

    Product Operations, Data Analytics and IT Manager, Danfoss

    I led a team of data analysts and the IT support and planning teams. I also worked as Senior Scrum Master and Product Manager, handling products from start to finish.

  3. 2017 to 2021

    Deputy Manager, Global Customer Support, Eaton

    I ran customer support for the hydraulics business, managed orders and handled communication with clients in the US.

  4. 2011 to 2017

    Master Designer, Aerospace, Eaton

    I turned difficult aerospace engineering ideas into exact designs for clients like Airbus, Boeing and Lockheed Martin, working closely with the factory and testing teams.

  5. 2004 to 2011

    Project Execution and Design Engineer, Larsen and Toubro

    For more than 7 years I designed, built and installed aerospace and defence projects across India.

Studies: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BBA in Supply Chain and Logistics, and MBS in AI and ML (in progress, finishing 2027).
