Cancellation and Refund Policy

Short summary

CareerNovara sells instant digital products (reports, downloads, practice tests and similar). They are delivered electronically as soon as payment is authorised, so all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

1. Digital products are non-refundable

Digital products on CareerNovara are non-physical goods that cannot be returned. Once payment is authorised and the product is shown on screen, made available in your account or emailed to you, the sale is complete. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or voluntary refund requests for digital products.

2. When we do give a refund

We give a full refund only in these cases:

• Duplicate charge: Money was taken more than once for a single order because of a network delay or a payment gateway error.
• Not delivered due to a technical error: Payment was deducted, but the product could not be shown or delivered even after you contacted our support. For the personal AI analysis, if it fails we make it again for you at no cost, and if it still cannot be made we refund you.
• Wrong billing amount: You were charged an incorrect amount because of a system error.
• Legal requirement: Where applicable consumer protection rules in India require it.

3. Mentorship and 1:1 coaching sessions

• Non-refundable: 1:1 mentorship bookings and coaching fees are not refundable.
• Rescheduling: You can ask to reschedule a booked 1:1 session up to 24 hours before the slot by writing to [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp.
• No-shows: If you miss a session without telling us in writing at least 24 hours before, the booking is lost and no refund is given.

4. How to ask for a refund, and how long it takes

For a duplicate charge or a technical non-delivery, email [email protected] with your order ID, payment reference ID, registered email address and transaction date.

• Acknowledgement: We acknowledge all support and refund requests within 48 business hours.
• Approval: Approved refunds are started by Raj Digital Solutions within 2 business days.
• Bank time: After we start the refund, your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 7 business days to credit the money back to your original payment method (UPI, net banking, credit card or debit card).
