Month 1, 60 minutes
We look at your strengths and gaps, set clear targets, and I give you an action plan for the month. Notes and templates reach you by email and WhatsApp after the call.
Month 2, 60 minutes
We go through what you did, solve what is blocking you, and sharpen how you present yourself at work. You get notes and links again after the call.
Month 3, 60 minutes
We look at your results and make a long-term career plan. After that you can book again or carry on by yourself.

Project Manager
Problem: Sorting 10,000+ IT support tickets by hand, and wanting to move into a Product Owner role.
Result: Trained AI on 10,000 old tickets and got 80 to 90 percent right on sorting. Built a meeting transcript routine and learned Databricks and SQL. Got a Product Owner evaluation opportunity.
Pricing Analyst
Problem: Many pricing queries and manual Excel work. Wanted to bring in AI and be seen by senior leaders.
Result: Used Copilot for emails, automated Excel pricing tasks and saved 42 hours a year. Delivered 2 AI Kaizens in the company and shared pricing ideas with leaders.
Channel Program Manager
Problem: Weekly executive Excel reports taking too long, and partner marketing needing a standard way of working.
Result: Made a master prompt library for Teams meeting summaries, completed a Skill India certificate and built AI-assisted Power BI report mockups.
Data Business Partner
