CareerNovara sells only digital products, online mentorship sessions, online tools and PDF learning material. No physical goods, parcels or paper shipments are sent to your address.

1. Delivery timelines

After your payment is successfully authorised through our payment service provider, you get access electronically:

• On screen: Access links or online report summaries are shown on screen right after a successful checkout.
• By email: A confirmation email with your access link or PDF download is sent to your registered email address within 0 to 15 minutes of payment.

2. Shipping and delivery charges

Everything is delivered over the internet, so there are no shipping fees, delivery charges or handling fees.

3. If your email has not come

If you have paid but not received your download link or confirmation email within 15 minutes:

1. Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
2. Check that you typed your email address correctly at checkout.
3. If you still cannot find it, write to our support with your payment reference number. We will send your access link again.
