Because CareerNovara offers instant digital products (custom AI roadmaps, diagnostic score reports, downloadable PDF guides) that are delivered electronically upon payment authorization, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once generated or delivered.

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundability Policy

Digital products offered on CareerNovara (such as the ₹49 custom AI FDE roadmap or digital diagnostic summaries) are non-tangible, irrevocable digital items. Once payment is authorized and the report is generated, displayed on screen, or emailed to your inbox, the transaction is considered fully executed. Therefore, no refunds or order cancellations can be provided for digital downloads.

2. Duplicate Payment & Technical Error Refunds

If you experience a technical error during transaction processing (such as a double deduction or multiple debits for a single digital product caused by network latency or gateway delays), we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

• Refund Resolution Timeframe: Approved duplicate payment refunds are automatically initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
• Bank Processing Period: Depending on your bank or payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking), the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Mentorship & Session Rescheduling

For 1:1 mentorship sessions, coaching calls, or bootcamp admissions booked on CareerNovara:

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a 1:1 session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot by reaching out to [email protected] or contacting us via WhatsApp.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled 1:1 session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without eligibility for a refund.
